We have a long journey ahead adds Mr. Kalyan B, CTO at Amstar Technologies, and this hiring has placed us on terra ferma as we needed a strong rudder for taking us to untapped markets and we see these much-needed traits in our Senior Leadership stakeholders we have hired.
While their primary responsibilities will include developing and managing Amstar’s new business lines it will also include driving a better strategy to enhance brand equity on Amstar’s core focus on achieving strong returns for our clients, increasing efficiency and profitability, and helping the firm capitalize on its many growth opportunities.

A highly recognized and respected training thought leader Mr. Anand Kumar Dandapani’s three (3) decades of work experience across verticals will be of immense help and assistance to us. We are thrilled that Mr. Anand has agreed to take the helm, bringing to Amstar his familiarity with our business, vast experience in managing large and complex services companies, and a record of leading highly motivated and talented professionals serving clients at ease. Mr. Anand Dandapani carries with him 3 decades of Training and Education Delivery expertise in Training Delivery management, Operations, Quality and Process Management, Employee Skill Development, Product Delivery & Deployment, New Initiatives Implementation, and Large Project Management. The Last 10 years also have seen him in a Leadership Role wherein
– Training Business: He has rich expertise of more than 2 years+ experience in managing end-to-end training business.
– Global Training Delivery: He has rich expertise of more than 3 years of experience in managing Training Delivery Operations Globally.
– Education Delivery Management: He has over 8 years of experience in managing a large network of education centers in India and has managed large Government training orders. Lead and manage large distributed teams.
– Operations and Profit Centre Management: He has over 3 years of handling business and operations, managing channel partner relationships.
– Trainer Development and product Deployment: He has over 5 years of expertise in National roles handling the skilling of more than 2000 trainers and implementation of new products & initiatives across verticals.
– Project Management, leadership, and Effective Communication & Presentation Skills: He has time and again demonstrated strong analytical thinking, good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to implement strategic decisions into the system by large scale coordination and handling multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently under deadline pressure. Shown good situational leadership, quick and continuous learning style, and high impact project management skills with a track record of achieving results.
– Skill Development: He has over 3 years in Organizations under NSDC managing end to end operations from center Setup to Delivery to Placement

Mr. Mahesh NS Biography
We also would like to welcome at this junction another core resource Mr. Mahesh NS Director- Software Sales and Consulting who has more than two (2) decades of rich and extensive work Experience in Software sales and consulting services is also an honorary Alumnus of IIM Calcutta and UVCE, Bangalore. He carries with him an extensive framework in Business development in software services and products and consultancy wherein his IT Business development experience also includes full sales cycle, full presales cycle, and Marketing communications which is an accomplishment in itself. He has done a Total Software Products and Services Sales generation of over 60 m and has rich Business development experience across all software technologies. His IT sales experience includes corporate sales plan, sales strategizing, sales forecasting, team management, team hiring, competition analysis, sales target achievement, sales compensation management, sales channel management which includes presales experience like preparation of proposals, Presales collaterals, Presales administration, etc. We see his Marketing communication experience as a value add-on and welcome him wholeheartedly to Amstar Technologies for spearheading the IBM and non-IBM software sales and service divisions.
