July 12, 2020, Bangalore: – Amstar Technologies a pioneer in IT learning, Recruitment Process Outsourcing i.e. RPO and IT outsourcing from 2005 recently celebrated their fifteenth (15th) anniversary in a low key affair due to the existing pandemic. However, the Management wishes all the well-wishers, stakeholders, and the team of Amstar Technologies hearty congratulations at large for sailing with them through the eventful journey.

While Corona and the global pandemic have affected many businesses, and people are looking at resizing and cutting down costs, we have in fact expanded our headcount. Also, we have not gone for any smart sizing and are operating with our existing staff virtually and with skeletal staff at our office. This proves we are able to weather the tough scenario but we need an able rudder thus we hired these key resources, adds Kalyan B- CTO, Amstar Technologies. Kalyan B further adds that Yes we have expanded over the years but we have remained true to our core vision and that is to deliver true value to our customers with superior products and services matched to their needs while providing an environment to attract, grow and retain our stakeholders i.e. employees and this milestone is due to the dedication of our talented channel partners and employees. Because of them, we look forward to the next 15 years of continued growth and success. From a societal viewpoint while we used to contribute a part of our earnings to an NGO every year in the wake of our anniversary celebrations, due to the existing pandemic guidelines we donated the proceedings to the CM Relief Fund, provided essential food kits consisting of Rice, Atta, Ragi, Toor dal, Biscuits, Onions and Cooking Oil as a part of our CSR outreach initiative to needy people around our organization following social distancing norms. Also as part of our commemorative activities we dedicated this anniversary to the Nation and we supported the poor and needy and also donated to the “PM/CM cares” relief fund. We have even provided masks, sanitizers, soaps, food kits as a welfare initiative to an NGO nearby.
